How frustrating! What happens if you don't put enough blood on one and you need to check again? There goes half of your day's supply. And you are right-it isn't just a hit to the pocketbook! But there's a very real cost to life with diabetes that can't be figured in a balance sheet.<br /><br />Yeah, we make choices about what to eat or do that are dictated by diabetes. But I choose to think about those choices in the longer term.
